About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our exceptional team Biánca Restaurant maintaining a high level of guest service and making our unique and delicious drinks. Our ideal supervisor is enthusiastic about beverages, can manage stock efficiently and is curios to grow in leadership. The is a Full-time role with a varying roster, some flexibility required.

• Previous experience leading shifts, managing stock & working to KPI's
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Positively motivating the team
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must.
