About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting.
The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

Biànca is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team as full-time as second in charge to our Bar Manager. You’ll support the floor during our biggest shifts, running daily bar operations while keeping the energy high and the drinks program sharp.

This role suits a skilled bartender with previous supervisory experience and strong Italian-led beverage product knowledge. Beyond leading high-volume shifts, you’ll take ownership of ordering, wage control, and being an advocate for team culture.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience leading bar shifts in a high-volume venue
• Strong cocktail, wine and beverage knowledge
• Confidence leading, coaching and motivating a team during busy services
• A fun, mature and energetic leadership style
• Calm communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• A strong focus on guest experience and service standards
• Experience with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
• The ability to maintain consistency in drink quality and speed of service
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A current RSA certificate
