The Role 

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dispense Bartender to join the team at sAme sAme.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume dispense role focused on executing precise, consistent beverage service to keep up with the fast-paced rhythm of the dining room. Working across a mix of lunch and dinner services, you will work closely with the floor team to deliver refined guest experiences through speed, organisation, and quality control behind the bar.

This role will suit someone with:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dispense bar setting
• Sound cocktail knowledge with the ability to build drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Sound knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both bar and floor teams
• A calm, composed demeanour during high-pressure, peak service periods
• Meticulous attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and bar organization
• A positive, team-first attitude and a respectful approach to shared responsibilities
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
• RSA certificate required
