The Role

Golden Avenue is seeking enthusiastic, experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic bar team!

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for vibrant individuals who take pride in exceptional service and thrive on delivering refined yet warm guest experiences. You will work closely with the floor team to execute beverage service that complements the character and rhythm of the venue, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, precision, and efficiency behind the bar.

This role will be well suited to applicants who demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or quality-driven venue (with section waiter or hosting experience highly regarded)
• Confidence in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills across bar and floor teams
• A calm and composed demeanour during high-pressure periods of high-volume service
• Attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
• A fun, positive, and respectful approach to team culture and shared responsibilities
• RSA & Food Safety Certificate required
