About Le Royale

Le Royale is Brisbane's late-night bar where the golden hour never quite slips into the eve. Burgundy banquettes, velvet curtains, and a house band swinging through sly takes on pop classics set the stage for cocktails with a touch of theatre. Slink in for a night that lasts longer than planned or just long enough to make you come back for more.

The Role

We are looking for hands-on and passionate Bartenders to join our team. This is a table service role ideal for someone who takes pride in hospitality and thrives on delivering warm and refined guest experiences. You will proudly execute a beverage service that complements the character and rhythm of the venue, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, precision and efficiency both in front and behind the bar. We can offer casual or full-time positions with a varying roster; some flexibility required.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or quality-driven venue
• Confidence in preparing both classic and contemporary cocktails with the ability to provide table service to our guests 
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and non-alcoholic offerings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across the bar and floor
• A calm, composed demeanour during high-pressure service periods
• Meticulous attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• A positive and respectful approach to team culture and shared responsibilities
• RSA & Food Safety Certificate required
• Ability to work late nights, a rotating roster, and public holidays
