The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our Golden Avenue team. You will support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and provide exceptional guest experiences, adhering to high standards of product and service excellence. This role plays a hands-on leadership function during shifts, mentoring bar staff and maintaining operational momentum in a fast-paced environment. This is a Full-Time role with a varying roster, with some flexibility required.

• Previous experience leading shifts, managing stock & working to KPI's
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience
• Calm communication and active listening 
• Ensuring consistence drink quality and speed of service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Problem solving capability and navigation of high-pressure situations
• Positively motivate the team
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
• Classic Cocktail knowledge and an RSA is a must.
